AFTER WAR GUNDAM X
This TV anime began airing on April 5, 1996, as the third work in the Alternative Series. It depicts the recurrence of a global war and its aftereffects from the viewpoint of the planet Earth which had suffered unprecedented destruction in the previous colony drops, focusing on the crew of the Vulture ship Freeden.
Through the conflict between the Freeden, the New United Nations Earth, and the Space Revolutionary Army, the story follows Garrod 's growth as he struggles to protect Tiffa, as well as the grand theme of Newtypes who transcend humanity. It also drew attention for featuring many mobile suits with innovative new designs, in addition to Gundam types such as the Gundam X and DX.
