- PROFILE
- Orb's Chief Representative. Though she is a Natural, Cagalli is actually Kira's twin sister. While she and Athrun met as enemies, she gradually came to understand him and hoped to stay by his side, but chose to remain in Orb to protect her homeland. She proposed the establishment of COMPS to provide postwar peacekeeping and support reconstruction.
