The band officially began activities in 2007. In January 2010, they made their debut with the release of their first album "Where's My Potato?" under RX-RECORDS.
In 2015, they signed a global contract with Universal Music and released the single "Wataridori / Dracula La" in March.
In November 2016, they released their sixth full album "EXIST!", which debuted at No.1 on the Oricon Weekly Chart.
In August 2018, they successfully held their first solo concert at ZOZO Marine Stadium. That November, they released their seventh album "Sleepless in Brooklyn" and embarked on their largest-ever tour, which included both live house and arena venues, culminating in a two-day finale at Saitama Super Arena.
In 2020, they celebrated their 10th anniversary. After two postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they released their first best-of album "Where’s My History?" in March 2021. They also held a rescheduled anniversary concert titled "[Alexandros] 10th ANNIVERSARY LIVE at Yoyogi National Gymnasium 'Where's My Yoyogi?'" at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall.
Following the release of the best-of album and the solo concert, drummer Satoyasu Shomura retired from the band.
On April 10, new member Ibu Riad officially joined, and the band released their first single with the new lineup, "Senkou" on May 5.
