A mobile suit built by Anaheim Electronics, which Kenneth deploys on the front lines to wipe out Mafty. When the Odysseus Gundam is equipped with an FF (Fixed Flight) unit, it is called the Penelope. As one of the first mobile suits with a miniaturized Minovsky flight system, it has remarkable independent flight performance in the atmosphere. Though it also has supersonic flight capabilities, it has to change into flight form to use them.
