Though it is essentially the Penelope's sister machine, the Xi Gundam is equipped with internal Minovsky flight units, making it an even more revolutionary technological advancement. Its head height is more than 26 meters, and its arms are much larger than standard mobile suit size, giving it an unusual silhouette for a machine than bears the Gundam name.
